# Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

## 1. License Grant

Upon payment of the license fee, Fekra Labs grants the purchaser a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use Qetaatek Desktop ERP on the agreed number of authorized workstations.

## 2. No Recurring Subscription Fees

The license is perpetual and does not expire. There are no recurring monthly or annual subscription fees required to keep using the software.

## 3. Permitted Usage

- Installation on designated business computers as specified in the purchased edition (Single Store or LAN Enterprise).
- Full commercial use for inventory, POS, invoicing, and cross-reference catalog queries.

## 4. Updates & Technical Support

- Major and minor patch updates addressing bugs and performance improvements are provided.
- Technical support is available via WhatsApp, phone, and remote assistance (AnyDesk).
